Burst vessel stress test machine
Machine Test conducts hydrostatic Burst Pressure Testing at pressures up to 200 bar using water.
Testing is conducted using a DELTA AS200 PLC-controlled and HMI.
The test bench features data acquisition in CSV format, ISO/IEC 17025 calibrated primary pressure transducers, and protective safety features.
Cyclic Stress test
The cyclic stress–strain measurement can be run until the specimen fails or until a maximum number of cycles have been made.
These measurements are done with machines that control the strain via Delta AS200 serie PLC / HMI.
The strain range is controlled and the corresponding stress range and fatigue life are measured.
